The Outreach Urban Health Centre has a health-care team that works collaboratively and offers a range of health-care services on-site as they strive to provide client-centred and culturally safe care.

At the centre, you may have a visit with your family doctor or nurse practitioner, or be supported by a nurse, social worker or other health-care provider.

How do you book a lab appointment?

For locations that have appointment booking as an option, book your Lab Test and ECG online at www.labonlinebooking.ca. If you're unable to make a booking online, please call the Digital Health Support Desk to book at 1-844-870-4756 (Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST; Saturday-Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST; excluding STAT Holidays).
