About Salmo Health and Wellness Centre

The Salmo Health and Wellness Centre provides integrated and targeted primary and community health-care to achieve equitable outcomes for individuals who may not easily access the traditional health-care system. 

Our team-based, client focus promotes harm reduction as well as mental, physical and social wellness. For example, you may have a visit with your family doctor, registered nurse, social worker or another member of the health-care team.

You must book an appointment, and can do so by calling the centre at 250-357-0104 or visiting it in-person at 413 Baker Avenue.

How do you book a lab appointment?

For locations that have appointment booking as an option, book your Lab Test and ECG online at www.labonlinebooking.ca. If you're unable to make a booking online, please call the Digital Health Support Desk to book at 1-844-870-4756 (Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST; Saturday-Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST; excluding STAT Holidays).
