Over the course of his career, Dr. Neil Crofts has worn many hats: urologist, president of the Penticton Regional Hospital (PRH) Medical Staff Association, head of PRH’s Department of Surgery, peri-operative medical director, and practice investigator, just to name a few.
For seven years, Dr. Crofts served as chief of staff at PRH. In the two years leading up to his retirement in April 2026, he was also the South Okanagan senior medical director.
His leadership has touched nearly every corner of the hospital, from clinical operations to long-term planning to infrastructure.
