Respiratory season
Respiratory season typically runs from December through April, around what is known as flu season. Information about how to schedule immunizations can be found on our Get Immunized page.
Vaccines for respiratory illnesses save lives and prevent illness by protecting individuals and communities for the spread of disease. Immunizations are safe and easy to get.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV)
The RSV vaccine is not publicly funded and therefore not available through Public Health. Talk to your doctor, pharmacist, or community immunizer to determine if the vaccine is recommended for you and how to purchase.
