About The Pavilion

The Pavilion is a long-term care home with 28 publicly funded beds that is located on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Okanagan Nation in New Denver. The Pavilion shares a location with the Slocan Community Health Centre.

Interior Health’s vision, mission and values are foundational to our shared purpose and future - and our culture. This is what fundamentally guides our beliefs and behaviours, both as an organization and within our teams. It’s something we all collectively own; it defines who we are and who we want to be, and ultimately what change we want to see in the world.
