Baby and Me is a series of free, drop-in, parenting classes for those with infants 0 – 18 months. Come and build relationships, share experiences, & gain some knowledge. Grandparents are welcome. A brief glimpse of what to expect in the classes Immunizing children Speech & language Sleeping Creating a safe environment Understanding your baby Infant massage Caring for sick children Grow your baby’s brain Communicating & healthy relationships Introducing solid foods The feeding relationship Infant development Car seat safety Cavity free Post partum wellness Contact the health centre for specific days, times and locations for this program.
