MyHealthPortal
MyHealthPortal is an online tool that provides patients with secure 24-7 access to their personal health information from a computer, tablet or smartphone. We can help with password/logon ID resets, enrolments, proxy requests and more.

For real-time support, call 1-844-870-4756 to speak with one of our Digital Health Support Desk team members. Calls are answered in the order they are received and may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Please have your care card or BC Services card handy.

Weekends: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

It’s so easy having one phone number to access all the support I need, as I check MyHealthPortal account regularly for test results, and also if I need assistance with setting up my virtual Zoom visit with my doctor.
The Digital Health virtual assistant is great! It's much faster to use than calling in and waiting in a queue. It was able to answer a couple of questions I had quickly and concisely.
