It’s so easy having one phone number to access all the support I need, as I check MyHealthPortal account regularly for test results, and also if I need assistance with setting up my virtual Zoom visit with my doctor.
The Digital Health virtual assistant is great! It's much faster to use than calling in and waiting in a queue. It was able to answer a couple of questions I had quickly and concisely.
