About Nelson Fairview Gardens

Nelson Fairview Gardens is a 75-bed long-term care home located on the First Nation traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Ktunaxa and syilx in Nelson.

Interior Health’s vision, mission and values are foundational to our shared purpose and future - and our culture. This is what fundamentally guides our beliefs and behaviours, both as an organization and within our teams. It’s something we all collectively own; it defines who we are and who we want to be, and ultimately what change we want to see in the world.
