Monday to Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closed on Statutory Holidays

How do I self-refer?

To self-refer, call 310-MHSU (6478), or drop-in 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (excluding statutory holidays), or feel free to speak to your family doctor or nurse practitioner to ask for a referral.
 
When you contact MHSU, an intake clinician will ask you a series of screening questions with your permission to understand you better, and connect you with the right team, program or resources.
 

I am a Primary Care Provider – how do I refer?

Primary care providers or agencies, please complete the Community MHSU Referral Form and fax it to 250-377-6502

How can I get help? I need help NOW!

For immediate, free, and confidential emotional support, crisis intervention and/or community resource information 24 hours/day, seven days/week, please call the Interior Crisis Line Network at 1-888-353-2273. 

If picking up the phone is challenging and uncomfortable, please use the "Talk Suicide" chat service

For life-threatening situations, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
