Emergency services will be unavailable from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, June 8, 2025. Patients can access care at Cariboo Memorial Hospital during this time.

All other inpatient services will continue at 100 Mile District General Hospital.

Naloxone is a widely available medication that can temporarily reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. It has been a vital tool in combatting the toxic drug crisis since B.C. launched the Take Home Naloxone program in 2012.

There's always potential for extended hot temperatures in the summer. Here's what you can do to ensure you and your family remain safe and healthy this summer.

Conversations started in October 2023 with Métis Nation BC (MNBC), Native Education College (NEC) and Interior Health (IH) and, in July 2024, the first MNBC NEC cohort, based in Kamloops, began their Health Career Access Program (HCAP) training; six people graduated as part of this cohort on March 28, 2025.

Emergency services will be unavailable from 7 p.m. Thursday, May 29 to 8 a.m. on Friday, May 30, 2025. Patients can access care at Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops during this time.

All other inpatient services will continue at Lillooet Hospital.
