Pulmonary Rehabilitation provides education and rehabilitation for chronic respiratory conditions, utilizing group or individual counselling, focusing on self-management skills. Topics include lung function, symptom management, energy conservation, medications, respiratory infections, environmental triggers, stress/anxiety and nutrition. Each program includes a component of graduated supervised exercise to build strength, balance, and cardiovascular health.
