Opioid Agonist Treatment
Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) is the recommended treatment of Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). OAT involves an opioid agonist medication prescribed and monitored by a health care provider. The primary medications used are Suboxone and Methadone.
