Nakusp Mental Health & Substance Use

If you are 65 years or older and experiencing dementia and/or other mental health or substance use concerns, our multi-disciplinary Seniors Mental Health & Substance Use Services teams can help.

Our teams provide specialized assessments, treatment, care management and community support, as well as caregiver support.

Services may include:

  • Mental health and competency assessments
  • Medication administration, review and monitoring
  • Care coordination and referrals
  • Self-management supports
  • Life skills education and support
  • Family education and support
