Update to process for new user enrolments

Due to COVID-19 concerns, we are trialing virtual enrolments via the Zoom platform to enrol new MyHealthPortal accounts. If you do not have your email on your electronic medical record, or if you are not sure if you do, please contact our MyHealthPortal support team toll-free (Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm PST) at 1-844-870-4756. You will require a device with a webcam, government issued photo ID and your PHN in order to complete these virtual enrolments. Please ensure you have downloaded Zoom and installed on your device in preparation.
Please note: If you have an existing appointment (ie: lab work or medical imaging appointment) at an Interior Health facility you are still able to ask during registration to submit your email before submitting a request to enrol

Take an active role in your health

MyHealthPortal is an on-line tool that provides patients secure 24-hour access to their personal health information from a home computer or smartphone.
Users of MyHealthPortal will have the ability to:
  • Download and install the MyHealthPortal app
  • Access lab reports, medical imaging (such as x-ray, CT and ultrasound) reports and visit history
  • Update address, phone number and contact information
  • View certain appointment details and instructions
  • View certain transcribed reports from physicians, nurse practitioner and midwives
Tips and resources
Please note reports contained within MyHealthPortal are created by medical practitioners primarily for communication with other practitioners involved in your care. Medical terminology and acronyms are used to ensure that this is precise. Reports reflect the opinions of individual authors, and it is normal to see differing opinions from time to time.
