Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes. Your physician will refer you to the health centre for health-care services (e.g., infusions, EKGs/ECGs, Holter monitors). 

Other services are available without a referral. These include smoking cessation and help with high blood pressure.

Please call 250-427-2215 after you receive your referral, or for more information about our self-referred services.

How do you book a lab appointment?

For locations that have appointment booking as an option, you can book your lab test and ECG online.

If you're unable to book online, please call the Digital Health Support Desk at 1-844-870-4756. The support desk is open Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please note the support desk is closed statutory holidays.
