About Williams Lake Primary Care Hub

The Williams Lake Primary Care Hub offers comprehensive primary health-care services to the Cariboo community and is the central facility for existing Central Interior Rural Primary Care Network primary care providers, including:

  • Virtual care physicians and nurse practitioners
  • Nurse care coordinator
  • Social worker
  • Mental health and substance use clinician
  • Dietitian
  • Primary care clinical pharmacist
  • Respiratory therapist
  • Exercise physiologist

New patients are accepted by referral from health-care professionals or hospital emergency departments. Virtual appointments can be booked by directly calling the clinic.

How can I access the clinic?

The Williams Lake Primary Care Hub is located in unit 201 of the Yorston Medical Building at 143 Fourth Avenue South. Please enter through the main door and proceed to the second floor either via the stairs or elevator. You will be greeted by administration staff who will show you to the room.
